Monday-August 26th Rosh Pinna and the Sea of Galilee

After visiting the Kibbutz, we stopped in a town called Rosh Pinna. This was one of the Jewish settlements, founded in 1882.

A cemetery by Jerusalem. It is controversial because people are not officially buried in the earth.
Also part of the cemetery

  1. Those people not buried in the earth, what's the story there?

  2. The way I understood is that the land is very limited here...so there is a part of the cemetery where it is almost like a parking garage stacked, with layers of dirt. Instead of being buried flat on the ground in the earth, they are stacked above ground, but still buried. People I spoke to said they didn't think it was right.
